I think we can all agree that combining chocolate and peanut butter is always a good idea. Then if you throw them in to some cookie bars it just becomes all sorts of magical.
Blondies have always been one of my favorite desserts because it combines chocolate chip cookies and brownies. I decided I wanted to add some creamy peanut butter to my classic recipe to create an even BETTER blondie.
The recipe is incredibly simple and has short ingredient list. One of the best parts of this recipe is that it is gluten-free but you seriously would never know it. I am 100% gluten-free for health reasons, but I still strive to create delicious treats that everyone can enjoy.
I chose to use oat flour for this recipe because the sweet flavor really complements the peanut butter. It is a super accessible and affordable gluten-free flour for you all to find.
