This recipe was created for my BBQ Chicken Plantain Nachos. It is a great combination of tangy, spicy and slightly sweetened with fresh blueberries!

- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 2/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup yellow mustard
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt/pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture through a sieve and into a sauce pan. Let the sauce lightly simmer on medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
